While the Matrix certainly was on its way out, it paused as another girl entered the restroom. Suddenly, it became clear - while Sayaka had been perfectly engineered for her new purpose, she still needed something to transport liquid to her, as moisture from the air alone wouldn't cut it. Thus, the Matrix focused its beam and fired upon the unsuspecting girl.

While the girl already had a functional opening for dispensing liquid, it wouldn't be nearly high enough to reach the funnel. The obvious solution, then - the girl's limbs were switched around, so her arms were where her legs had been and vice versa, basically resulting in her torso being upside down. This way, she would be able to pee from the top of her body.

Of course, this change also required a few aesthetic adjustments to match. The girl's skirt now hung down to not cover anything, so it was removed, and her panties were also removed to not get in the way. Lastly, the girl's vision was altered, so that her upside-down eyes would instead see as if she was standing right-side-up.
