There are many characters in fiction who could be considered two sides of the same coin. Though they may be polar opposites, the interplay between the two is key to the story, and one is hard to think of without the other.

Let’s peak into an alternate reality where one of these characters truly is the alter ego of another. They have a Jeckyll and Hyde like relationship where the first will periodically transform into the second.

The two will have common memories, yet each have there own distinct appearance and personality.

The original may wish to be cured of the other, but in time she will grow addicted to the experiences of their other self.
