These look like an ordinary deck of playing cards, but don't be deceived.
If you play a game not knowing what they are, then players will be gradually bimbofied with each losing hand, but restored with each winning hand. Forfeiting the game is an automatic loss, turning the player who quits instantly into a bimbo.
However, if you do know what they are, then players can bet their attributes (physical and mental), transferring these attributes to whoever gets the winning hand.
These rules hold for any game. No one can resist a challenge from the holder of the deck.
