Harley teleported into her apartment, the one she kept secret for the times when the Joker got a bit... cranky. Setting the laptop on the counter and typing a command, Harley brought in the crystal statue that was once Wonder Woman. As Harley looked over her new decoration, she grinned.
"Ha! You weren't so tough. One of the strongest superheroines there is, beaten by the mighty Harley Quinn. Nobody can stop me now, you hear me?" Harley paused. "No, I guess you can't hear me. Darn! What good is winning if you can't gloat about it. Wait, I know!"
Harley returned to the laptop and restored Wonder Woman's senses and conciousness. "There! That's better. Now you can hear and see and think, but you still can't move. I'm the only woman in the world with a giant, intelligent paperweight. But I'm not finished, you shiny happy person. No sir, Harley Quinn is just starting. I'm going to get all your super friends. And your little dog as well. Ha!"
Locked inside her crystal statue body, Wonder Woman could do nothing as Harley vanished, except wonder how the insane girl had gotten so much power. And if anyone could stop her.

Power was on Harley's mind as well. Namely, Zatanna the magician. With her magic powers, Zatanna could undo all of Harley's fun, unless the clown girl got her first. Harley found the heroine practicing for a charity magic show. Backstage out of sight, Harley made her plans. It wouldn't do to just zap Zatanna with the computer. All her Arkham friends had taught her a villian has to work with style.
Once ready, Harley boldly stepped out on stage. "Okay, Fishnets, your show is cancelled."
Zatanna was puzzled at the interuption. "Who are you? Wait, I've seen you in the JLA's files. You're... Betty Quinn."
"Harley Quinn! Harley! Harley! Now be a good girl, Legs, and read the cue cards."
Harley pulled out an easel, the one the theater used to announce acts in the old fashion way. Compelled by the commands Harley had already typed into her computer, Zatanna was unable to stop herself from reading the special cue card Harley had made.
"Ekam em ynroh, ekam ym stsaerb worg eguh dna ekam ym htuom hsinav!" To her horror, Zantanna's own magic was turned against her. Her costume top painfully split as her breasts grew so large, they ripped through the fabric. The sudden weight shift almost made Zatanna topple over as she fought the urges to caress her new boobs. But worst of all, her mouth was now replaced by smooth skin. She couldn't speak a word, and without her voice, could not undo her own spell.
Harley laughed at the heroine's distress. "That will keep you busy. You ain't so impressive now, are you Zan-tits-na? Hmmph. Call me Betty, will ya?"
