Would totally change myself into a duplicate Nymphadora Tonks, permanently. Shapeshifter who's a cute woman by default: perfect for me.
Tonks and Remus had a son, Edward (Teddy). Might be an incentive for this Tonks to remain herself, especially if she has the proper Tonks memories in her new head. Having been an orphan as Harry, she might be especially keen to spare Teddy that fate, apart from the other advantages of becoming permanently herself.
