Ryoga smiled as he congratulated himself for a job well done. Thanks to his curse he managed to snag Nabiki in the egg and then made his way back to the group as they traveled back to Nerima.
-Tendo House-
In a bedroom Nabiki was silently crying in relief that the call that she and Kasumi had just gotten. All of the people that went to China were safe. Nabiki was especially happy that her younger sister and Ranma were alive and well.
Thanks to this Nabiki had realized just powerless she was. It didn't matter how much power and money she had Nabiki was unable to do anything to help. All she could do was rely on Ranma.
Nabiki had blackmailed, extorted, humiliated, embarrassed, and did a lot of stuff to Ranma that made her ashamed because of one reason. Ranma still went out of his way to save her little sister, Akane.
It was when Nabiki had realized this it made her aware of what she had become and her feelings for Ranma. Nabiki had completely fallen for Ranma. When Ranma gets back Nabiki had a long road to travel to redeem herself to him.
-A few days later-
Nabiki watched as all the people that had gone to China had returned. It pained her to see Ranma so injured as he gingerly made his way inside. She hid her anger behind her icy mask at seeing both her fathers yelling at Ranma for almost failing in saving the day.
'Those two are a curse to us.' Nabiki winced at her wording remembering the Jusenkyo curses. Nabiki and Kasumi exchanged a look stating to each other their frustration of the two men's behaviour. 'Those two didn't do a damn thing but run and hide.'
After a few hours in getting caught up with Nabiki and Kasumi scolding Genma in stealing his son's food which made the fat panda stop in his tracks. Nabiki even included a glaring ice gaze at Genma when he started to mutter about his son becoming weak that soon included her father, Soun, when he scolded her for her lack of respect to her father's friend.
"Ranma, when you're finished here come to my room for a talk." Nabiki stated. Nabiki excused herself and made her way up to her room. She settled herself in her desk chair and nodded to herself.
A few minutes later a knock interupted her thoughts.
"Come in, Ranma."
Ranma came in and Nabiki asked him to lock the door. Nabiki took a deep breath and kneeled on the floor. She then bowed touching her head on the floor and spoke.
"I know 'daddy' will not thank you for saving Akane's life but I, Tendo Nabiki, do thank you despite everything done to you by myself." Nabiki spoke with the word 'daddy' spoken in scorn. Nabiki keeping her head on the floor continued. "I also apologize for my actions and behaviour to you as well."
"I knew why you did what you did, Nabiki." Ranma stated. "You needed the money to pay the bills. It sure as hell didn't help matters much when Pops and me showed up here."
Nabiki's eyes teared up when she heard those words. Ranma sat on her bed as he looked at the woman he was in love with.
"Please get up, Nabiki." Ranma waited until she did and then asked a question which would change everything. "Is there anything else?"
Nabiki looked at the man sitting on her bed and mustered up her courage and carefully sat on his lap wrapping her arms around his neck.
"Yes." Nabiki looked straight into her love's eyes. "I've fallen for you, Ranma. When you get fully healed up I'm going to rock your world for the entire night."
Nabiki was blushing bright red when she declared she would give Ranma her first time. Ranma was also blushing at Nabiki's declaration.
