The two freshman girls grunted as they moved the heavy lawn furniture to prepare for the party. The sun was hot, and while the pool was inviting, they didn't dare stop for a swim because Julie was keeping an eye on them from inside the air-conditioned comfort of the living room.
"I swear, Julie still treats us like pledges. I thought this would change at the end of our first year," Min complained. Neither girl was particularly fit, and the work was taking a lot out of them.
"More like slaves," Becca added. "I can't tell you how many times I almost moved back into the dorms because of her shit."
"Please don't," Min begged. "She's gone after next year. And I plan on running this place when we're seniors. It will be perfect. You'll see.
"I hope you're right," Becca said, flopping into a lounge chair. Sweat made her Princess Bride t-shirt cling to her unspectacular body. "I need a break."
"But Julie..."
"She would have to come out here to yell at us," Becca said, catching her breath. "And it's too hot for that. Pull up a chair. We have plenty of time to finish."
"I'll get drinks," Min said. A moment later she returned with two bottles of green soda. "So what is this stuff? Never heard of Bombshell Soda before."
"The guy at the store said it was the best stuff ever made. Said the price is going to skyrocket after they're done test marketing it. I got two cases: one of Classic and one variety pack." Becca unscrewed the top and took an experimental swig.
Becca had to admit the soda tasted good, like one of those Asian melon drinks Min was always trying to push on her. She was just wondering whether she would be willing to pay more for that flavor when it hit her--an electric tingle that started in her chest and coursed through her whole body. Becca was alarmed at first (had she been drugged?) but then the tingle turned into a wave of sheer pleasure.
Holy crap, I'm turned on, she thought. I think I'm wet down there. She needed immediate release, and she turned to look at Min. She had known Min since second grade and had never thought of her in thatbway, but right now her friend was looking pretty good
Instead of lust, however, she saw Min looking at her in surprise. "Becca," the gobsmacked Asian gasped. "... your hair! It's green!"
Confused, Becca reached up to pull a strand from her bangs in front of her eyes. It might have been green? She decided to get a look at herself in her selfie cam. As she stretched to get her phone, she drew another gasp from Min.
"Your boobs! They've grown!"
Becca did not need a camera to verify the truth of Min's statement. Standing out from behind her t-shirt were a pair of D-cup breasts of the kind Becca had always envied. Immediately, her hands flew to her chest to verify that they were real. The tingle from the soda had not yet subsided, and Becca realized that not only were they real, they felt good.
"Becca, what's happening?" a concerned Min asked. But then both girls' eyes shot to the open bottle of soda in Becca's hand.
