In terms of appearances, it looks like a normal hot tub. However, those who soak in the hottie tub are transformed into hot, sexy, and flirtatious women. Sometimes reality will adjust so they fit in, and sometimes the women are just so darn attractive people work to squeeze them in. It is unclear if they are aware of the change. The transformed are compelled to gather up friends, old and new, and go hot tubbing again.
