The Amulet of Echidna -
The Amulet of Echidna is a teardrop-shaped pewter pendant on a thin chain. It technically isn't an amulet, and its origin story has nothing to do with the Echidna of Hellenic myth; it was purchased from a thrift store and enchanted by a Japanese witch with few friends, little motivation, and some unusual kinks.
Wearing the Amulet has no immediate effect, but as soon as you run into a problem or obstacle you don't have the power to solve, several things happen at once: You immediately transform into attractive woman aged 18 to 26, if you weren't one already; a random person nearby disappears as their physical body (assuming they have one) ceases to exist; and your womb spontaneously conceives a new body for the vanished individual.
Gestation takes only a few minutes. When it is complete, you safely and painlessly give birth to a full-grown adult monster girl whose species is suited to overcoming the problem that triggered the amulet. The new monster girl retains all memory of her life prior to vanishing and being reborn, and also gains the muscle memories and instincts required to use her new body with a reasonable degree of competence.
This is a rather startling experience for all concerned.
The new monster girl is under no special compulsion to help you with the problem that led to her vanishing and rebirth... And if it becomes obvious that she's not going to, and you're still wearing the Amulet at that point, your original problem is likely to trigger the amulet again.

Occupation Forms and Managerial name tag - When life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade. Make life take the lemons back! Get mad! I don't want your D*** lemons, what the h*** am I supposed to do with these? Demand to see life's manager!
Well, Too bad Cave Johnson's request for a promotion to "Mad Scientist without space black lung and super cancer" never made it to Life's manager. That manager quit in a huff with a kicked chair and no one has been promoted as of yet. The higher ups are scrambling to find out who would fit the position, and finally gave up and just tossed the enchanted name tag and paper work through a portal to land in some schmucks lap because the elemental plane of paperwork was getting a bit jammed and they had paper cuts on their eighth dimensional lungs from drowning in it.
They're essentially an upgraded version of of Demotion/Promotions slips from >episode 1106234. Instead of just a few words that can be vague or leave people confused as to what their new job fully entails and just positive or negative feelings, it's expanded. There are five spots to fill, but being magic paper work means they can be as long as the manager decides to make them and no one's gonna be rushing for more paper anytime soon.
Name is obvious, it's the person who's being targeted for an occupation switch up.
Movement is a choice of Promotion (Positive feelings), Demotion (Negative feelings), Transfer (mostly neutral, though can lean towards either end of the positive/negative spectrum) and other, which has a box with which to explain if need be.
New Occupation is, of course, the change in occupation/life/reality, and it comes with a box that can be as descriptive of this new job (And changing the person and world to fit) or as vague as the Manager wishes. Corporate peons should learn to understand their higher ups if they want to continue up the ladder of success, after all! No job is too outrageous or nonsensical if they know what's good for them! And, of course, Life's Manager would only pick someone who had the capability to learn, or already possessed, the skills needed for their new job! (Which means they'll transform in various ways needed to preform their new job or somehow learn how to do their job even if it's physically impossible otherwise)
Pros/Cons in a segment that will allow the manager to elaborate on and perks or penalties of this new job. Different working hours, change of residence, loss of humanity and identity and so on and so forth. These, will, of course, be taken in the light of whatever the manager decides is a pro or a con of their new job, since the manager HAS to know what's good for everyone involved, and the Manager of Life has to be the best of all, right?
Lastly, there is the Reason category. It can be something that's already true, or it can be used to warp the fabric of causality to make it retroactively true, and any reason is a liable one for the change in occupation. BUT! BUT BUT BUTT! There must always ALWAYS be a reason!

Origin Ad - One day there was an ad posted in your favorite comic book (or manga); and no it wasn't for sea monkeys or x-ray glasses. The ad explained that they were inviting readers to create new female characters, with fantastic prizes for the characters they chose to feature in their books. All you had to do is submit a picture of your character along with a few notes about their origin, backstory, and motivation. They had prizes for best hero, best villain, best supporting character, (an odd one) best love interest for a hero or villain.
There was some fine print about writers and artists retaining the right to alter your creation however best fits their narative.
They didn't mention the part about people transforming into their original characters.

While inside the tablet the individuals can be edited by a variety of programs available to the owner. These range from photo editing software that can change the individual's appearance, to controlling their mind, to changing their past, to many other programs with more specific effects that can be downloaded.
Who creates these programs is a mystery.
The owner can also alter themselves and inanimate objects from within the tablet.
Ownership of the tablet can only pass after the death of the previous owner. The owner can not give away the tablet, even if they want to.

The Job Giver - What looks like a prop ray gun is actually a sophisticated device called the Job Giver. By scrolling though a list of jobs featured on a small display screen attached to the device and choosing one, a person can "zap" someone, giving the person whatever job was chosen.
There are some options included, though.
A switch on the left side of the device allows the user to indicate whether or not there will be a reality change. Moving the switch to NO means that the person who gets zapped by the device won't know that they have a new job and once they find out that they do, the person may be hesitant to do it, or just plain wouldn't do it at all, though the device would give them the required expertise to accomplish whatever the job is. Moving the switch to YES means that reality would be as if the person zapped normally had the job chosen. He or she would think that it's completely normal to have the "new" job. Even their life could be drastically different to accommodate the different job. And other people would also see nothing out of the ordinary about the person's job either, though they may frown upon it, in certain circumstances. Whoever holds the device, though, will be spared from having their memories change along with everyone else, no matter what.
The switch on the right side of the device allows the user to manipulate the amount of people affected by the device. Moving the switch to SINGLE means that the device will only affect one person at a time. Moving the switch to the middle (indicated as GROUP) means that the device will affect a group of people. Pointing and zapping one person will also cause the people standing close by to that person to also be affected by the device, with all of them gaining the same job. Moving the switch all the way to CROWD means that the device will affect an amount of people larger than just a group. A requirement for this setting is that the people would all have to be in one specific location, like a building. The person using the device wouldn't zap the group of people. Instead the device user would zap the building, causing all of those inside it to gain the new job. In fact, even the building itself might reflect their new job as well. For example, if the chosen job was "Stripper" and the MULTIPLE setting was in use, and the device user zapped a fast food restaurant, then everyone inside would become strippers and the restaurant itself would transform into a strip club.
Again, a person touching the device while the Reality Change setting is set to YES will not have their memories changed to fit the new reality. This means anyone touching the device, whether they're the user or not. Essentially, the device could be touched by multiple people, or just the user.

Ring of Remembrance - Wishes usually start with 'I wish...' and this rings powers are activated by phrases like, "Hey you do you remember the time..." Whatever you ask a person to remember they will remember, even if reality has to be tweaked a bit, so that the event actually happened. The ring doesn't really care whose wearing it, and will work on anyone within sight of it, and sometimes people within an undetermined radius of it.

A fair number of them were lost when their owners were slain by demons, or misplaced by clumsy or ditzy deities.
The Deity Gauntlets were tailored for their original owners, reflecting their preferences toward what sex they would be and what attire they would wear, if applicable, with exceptions made for entities that did not have that sex as an option, or would otherwise be a bad idea to be. The gauntlets owned by demons are generally the same, except their preferences tended to be different from the gods and goddesses.

Inverse Brainwashing Chair - Invented by a supervillain who was tired of the heroes and heroines fighting through the mind control he tried to put them through, it looks like a standard brain-washing chair with manacles for the wrists and ankles and a hood to place over the head. The person in the chair feels like the chair doesn't seem to be working at all, just having a serious of flashing lights. But then the person starts to get the idea that if they pretend to be brain-washed then they might be able to hang around until the villain reveals his plan. From this point on, they outwardly appear to acting how they would expect a successfully mind-controlled person to act and convincing themselves that any order they follow is part of the act. The downside of this is that it is impossible to tell exactly what will cause the mind-control to fail. The original inventor had created a small harem of superheroines until he monologued about his plans to someone, causing several of his slaves to feel like it was time to end the "act" which caused the remainder to break free as they were waiting to figure out how to free the other woman. The chair ended up shoved into a storage facility somewhere and most people never realized it actually worked.

The Shedskin Gun - Unlike the Costume Gun that turns the target into a wearable costume, the Shedskin Gun causes its target to "shed" their skin, leaving behind a skinsuit without realizing it before they continue on their way. A person can be hit by this gun any number of times, creating any number of skinsuits. These skinsuits grant access to the skills, memories, and mannerisms of the originals, and can be worn or closed up (and then reopened). The Shedskin Gun has two settings, creating two kinds of skinsuits:
The "Disguise" setting creates a skinsuit that when worn allows the wearer to possess the identity of the original, to the point that when the original is in the presence of someone wearing a skinsuit of them they become utterly meek, obedient to the skinsuit wearer and ignored by all others. When closed up while not being worn, the skinsuit becomes a perfect duplicate of the original, save that they are completely obedient to the one who closed them up and inflict the same meekness on the original.
Multiple people wearing these kind of skinsuits and/or multiple closed skinsuits of this type are all seen as the original, as if the original was split into multiple identical people still sharing the same life, without this striking anyone as strange.
The "Outfit" setting creates a skinsuit that when worn allows the wearer to appear identical to the original (and access the skills, memories, and mannerisms of the original) while still being completely recognizable as themselves and perfectly distinguishable from the original; people may at most note a strong resemblance. There is a catch, of course, and the ring is actually more powerful then it leads you to believe. Every time you wish is granted for the wearer, one is also granted for the ring. The ring itself wants to be used as much as possible. If you wish to open a jar of pickles, then it might make you physically weaker, so you'll always need the ring to open pickle jars. If you wish to reach something up high, it might make you shorter, so that you always need the ring to reach. The pattern doesn't always make sense though, unless you understand that the ring has a preference for cute girls.

It runs on double AA's, and drains the batteries rather quickly. Apparently this wasn't the best design choice, as it takes a lot of energy to rewrite reality.

Once someone is holding a coin, they will be able to perceive a small coin slot on the back of the neck of every woman they encounter. If a coin is placed into the back of that slot, the woman will receive an "upgrade."
Universally this will be an increase in attractiveness according to the standards of whoever put in the coin. It will also universally lead to the upgraded's attitude to whoever put the coin in (the "upgrader") changing. If they loathed the upgrader before they will now be neutral, if neutral friendly, if friendly infatuated, if infatuated devoted.
The other aspect of the upgrade will be that whatever the upgraded could have been considered good at they will now be better. If they were smart before they are now a genius, if athletic they are now Olympic caliber, if charming they are now an expert at social manipulation and so on. If the upgraded already possessed world class skills in an area they will now be superhuman.. There is no limit to these skills, they will slowly develop to cosmic levels with more coins added.
The coins regenerate at a rate of one per day while not being observed. If all of the coins are used up they will appear on the person of whoever last used them. If the person is not wearing clothes when the coin regenerates, they will simply find the coin somewhere.
While the rest of the world will not notice the upgrade, the upgraded will notice that something is different even though she won't be able to put her finger on it. The super-geniuses created by the tokens may be able to figure out what's going on, and even the most oblivious will notice if things keep changing whenever the person they're infatuated with touches them on the back of the neck.

These are the some of the names of these drones. Roughly the same shape as a human brain but three times the size and constructed of unknown polymers and fibers. They fly through air, space, and solid matter with great speed and precision their purpose to jailbreak the brains of living creatures.
With one blast of their De-braining beam any organism will have it's brain ejected from it's skull or biomass. Despite this new brainless state the organism will not die in fact they will be physically healthier than before with an infinitely stronger immune system and their skull is now an insulated case with a pop top. This of course comes with diminished mental faculties always a little more or less than half of what they had previously.
Now that doesn't mean the removed brain is just a useless blob of fat. No it has a variety of uses, a person can turn their brain into muscles, fat, hair, height, just about anything they want depending on where they put it. The brain can even be broken down into smaller pieces to allow for smaller enhancements. The only thing that can't be done is putting it back in their head.
Not that refilling their empty skull is completely off the table they just need other brains to do it and with the drones about finding brains won't be too difficult. Putting someone else's brain in their skull will bump up their intelligence but the other person's personality and memories will bleed through. Some people in try cramming as many brains in their skull as they can but the more they stuff in the more likely they are to all pop out again or just move somewhere else in the body. Cross-species brain usage is possible but can have unpredictable results.

The Storage Gun - The Storage Gun is a small raygun with two settings, "Regular" and "Normalized." When fired at a person in either setting, the person becomes inanimate, indestructible, and unthinking, and a knob appears on their back which can be pulled back, mailbox-style, to reveal an opening that things can be put into. There seems to be no limit to the space inside, other than that the objects must be able to fit through the slot. Things can also be taken out, although this is likely to be a more difficult process that may involve much tipping and shaking.
When the Storage Gun is fired again, the person returns to being a human once again. However, they become affected by the things stored within them. They gain abilities related to the items inside them (inasmuch as such abilities can manifest without external physical changes), but their personality is also affected based on those items. A person storing a cellphone can make phone calls and surf the internet in their head, but are likely to become obsessed with staying connected and get distracted by wiki walks. A person storing books will know the contents completely, but also believe those contents are unshakably true alongside the personality adjustments. On "Regular," there are no further changes. On "Normalized," everyone other than the Storage Gun's wielder will think the person has always been able to do those things and has always acted that way.

The power of the cards is fundamentally the same but they have been adjusted. No one can resist taking a card from the deck after laying eyes on it, the first card they draw will always have a number on it that is the number of cards drawn from the deck by the person or by the Deck if more than a minute has passed. Once they have drawn the right number of cards the player is free to go about their changed life or play again of their own volition.
There are several types of cards in the Deck.
Body Mod: Physically transforms the player to match the image or written description on the card. Most common of this type is the Breast Expansion card.
Mind Warp: This type of card changes the mind of the player based on the written description. The Sluttification card is a common example of this card.
Surprise Event: This type of card causes an event to occur spontaneously. The Orgasm card is almost guaranteed to be drawn in any given game.
Obey or Pay: This type of card will give the player a task to complete, if they fail to complete the task they will be given a penalty. Example Add New Player to the game or draw 5 cards.

The Ownership Marker - A black felt-tip marker with a top that can be unscrewed to get the infinite ink it possesses. A person can use this ink to sign their own name onto anything or anyone. Anyone who sees the signer’s name written on any object (including a person being signed on) will believe wholeheartedly that the signer owns that object, even if that object is a person. Social conventions, economic realities, and the laws of the land hold no sway on the signer’s right to own anything with their name on it. The Stripulacrum Printer -
The Stripulacrum Printer is a large metal cylinder with a control panel on the side. The user inputs the specifications of a girl (the machine can recognize names of both real and fictional women) and the machine will over the course of about a minute "print" out a Stripulacrum of that girl.
All Stripulacrums will be altered so that they are now able to serve as strippers, larger breasts and fuller figures if the printer deems it necessary, clothes redesigned to be easy to remove, full knowledge of how to dance and entice, and if necessary their ages increased so they can legally serve as dancers.They will also maintain any skills or abilities their real or fictional counterparts have. Stripulacrums have no free will or sense of self, instead they obey all commands given to them by their creator and follow whatever "club rules" the creator sets out (whether or not the customers are allowed to touch or even have sex with them, whether or not they are allowed to leave the club with a customer, how much to charge for their services, etc.) and will otherwise behave as a stripper.
Whatever building the Stripulacrum is placed in will be slowly transformed into a strip club (including retroactively adding the necessary licenses and legal paperwork) the more stripulacrums are printed inside of it. Once the Stripulacrum is removed it will be reverted to normal.
If a normal person steps into the tube and has a stripulacrum printed "over" them, they will emerge in a mixture of their body and the stripulacrum's. They will still have control over themself, but following instructions and the club rules will feel incredibly good. They can be returned to their original state by stepping into the tube and "deleting" the stripulacrum. However if they stay in that form for more than 24 hours there is a chance the changes will become irreversible.
Likewise the Printer's instructions suggest that the user should delete their Stripulacrums after 24 hours but does not say why. The reason is that after that point there is a chance that a Stripulacrum will develop free will and a sense of self. After that point the Printer will no longer be able to delete them. They will no longer have to follow commands (though like the merged girls it will feel good to do so.) They may choose to leave, or even get revenge if their creators have been cruel in some way. If they do stay on as dancers the creators may find that they inconveniently want things like food and shelter and getting paid.

Hence, the Gender Vendor. The fae had partnered with some modern mortals to give their dispensing of magic a modern twist.
Designed to look like a vending machine, this machine would dispense envelopes of powder. Sprinkle it on yourself (or someone else) and the glammer would take hold for 12 hours (or so).
The glammer... well... it could be random. The fae have some odd ideas around quality control. In addition to finding yourself curvy and/or studly, taller or shorter, you might get younger or older. You might find yourself becoming a sprite, or a flower, or a hag. You also might find yourself falling madly in love with the first person you see; regardless of how they feel about you. You might find yourself with donkey ears or goat horns or a tail.
Changes are mostly temporary. Pregnancy can complicate things. So can temporarily falling madly in love.
But all's well that end's well.

They can control how alcohol affects them similarly getting smashed on a single sip or down in an entire keg without any affect.
The amulet also allows the wearer to and just poisonous or otherwise hazardous substances without being harmed downing scorpion venom or even molten iron like it was water.
Finally the user does not need to be consciously aware of the power to be affected by it. If they don't know about the amulets power I don't make a conscious choice about how they want particular food to affect their body it was so affect them how they wish the food will.

The To-Be List - The To-Be List is an old piece of parchment with the words "To-Be:" Over a green box that takes up the upper third of the parchment. Under the box are the words "To Have:" and blank space.
For the To-Be List to function, a person must write a position, identity, or something similar in the green box, and then use the blank space to include a list of assets, qualities, abilities, etc. that the person deems necessary "To-Be" the person described in the green box. The person must then give the paper to a willing recipient (who doesn't need to know that the item actually works). A To-Be List doesn't work if you give it to yourself.
Once received, the To-Be List turns the receiver into the type of person listed in the green box and gives them everything listed in the blank space. However, anything the receiver lacks is taken from others, starting with the giver and working outwards; this includes the description given in the green box if that type of person already exists. Listing descriptions in the green box and/or qualities in the blank space that don't exist can lead to unpredictable results.
Only the giver and receiver remember how other people were before the To-Be List was given, and only the receiver remembers anything taken from the giver to satisfy the list. Once given, the To-Be List can't be changed or undone, although most such lists may turn up in the future.

The Meter is invisible to its host, and anyone whose financial fortunes are closely connected to theirs. Everyone else sees a hovering meter, marked off into typically around ten segments, with some explanatory labeling (including financial goals) and directions to donate. (In modern times, this usually takes the form of a URL and QR code.) The host can make immediate use of donated funds, with no strings attached. Nobody who sees the Meter while it's active considers its presence noteworthy or strange.
The amount of money required to fill a segment is more-or-less what the host would consider a significant amount of money. As each segment is reached, the host's body undergoes a corresponding expansion; the first time this happens is normally the first inkling the host gets that something is awry. After some arbitrary time limit is reached, or all segments are filled, the Meter detaches from its current host and finds a new one.
The Meter is visible through photos, recordings, and live feeds, and once it leaves its current host, images of it become visible to everyone, and they can acknowledge the strangeness of its presence.
Although the Meter typically favors expanding women's breasts, it seems to have a variety of available transformations, including some outlandish options, with the choice of which to use influenced by the victim's subconscious.

Hapax Legomenon is the name of an obscure mobile phone app. When you launch it, it provides you with a list of "subjects": People and objects within about fifteen metres of your current position. As soon as you select a subject, the phone will automatically generate and display a single sentence that accurately describes them at that moment:
"Margaret is opening the package she bought online."
"The used condom contains the semen of a football quarterback."
"This thirty-year old father is self-employed as an illustrator."
"A pale girl is starting to regret dressing in goth fashion, but is too embarrassed to admit it to her friends."
"A lamp-post leans slightly to one side as a result of being hit by a car one week ago."
"Mr. Chesterton is a detective, but is currently undercover as part of a drug sting."
Something like that. You get the idea. As far as the phone is concerned, there's no such thing as secret or private information: It doesn't matter if potential subjects are out of sight, hidden, or in disguise; if they're within fifteen metres, Hapax Legomenon will show them in its list, and describe them accurately. If you don't like the sentence it gives you, you can deselect and reselect the same subject, and it'll generate a different one.
That might seem incredible enough on its own - and it is - but that's not the really fantastic part: You can then select any one word from that sentence, replace it with a different word, then hit "Submit" - and as long as the resulting sentence is grammatically sound, reality will change to make the edited sentence true.
Yes, all reality. Not just the bits within fifteen metres. So for example, if you took that "The used condom contains the semen of a football quarterback" sentence from earlier and changed "football" to "cricket," the game of cricket would be retroactively altered to include the position of quarterback. If you instead changed "condom" to "girlfriend," the used condom would transform into the football quarterback's used girlfriend. And if you instead replaced "used" with "unused," history would change such that the football quarterback came prematurely while attempting to put on a condom, resulting in his girlfriend becoming frustrated and suggesting they just do it raw.
You can never edit more than one word of each sentence the app generates. This makes it tricky to undo changes, since you can't just change the replaced word back to what it used to be; you have to generate a new sentence first - and there's no guarantee that it'll include exactly the words you want.
Users of the app are aware of the changes it makes to reality, and can remember the world as it used to be before being changed. Everyone else in the world is oblivious to the changes - until they start using the app, or someone changes reality to make them aware of the changes, of course.

Through means currently unknown, the phone suddenly materializes being carried on someone’s person. Its presence transforms its new owner to match itself as it gets used more, turning them into the spitting image of the archetypal gyaru that would be using such a cell phone. The Decoden Phone of Transformation also has a compulsive effect, wherein it’s hard for someone to stop checking and sending messages, and thus stop transforming, once they've started. Even as the phone’s owner sees their changes happening bit by bit, the more they use the phone, the harder it is to feel bothered by them.

The phenomenon of "beer goggles" is well known: that of alcohol reducing impulse control, to the point that someone could look "good enough" to go for after a few beers, despite nothing changing about their appearance.
This Thing of Power is a case of beer created by someone who felt this was all very unfair. When you drink some of this beer while looking at someone who is interested in you, they will physically change to better match your standards for attractiveness.
The experience of changing as a result is pleasant, even pleasurable, and comes with the knowledge that you better appeal to someone you were interested in.
