Wondering what all of these fat slobs are talking about Tsunade notices that it's getting hotter as she really starts to sweat. She can feel her jaw relax and hang open as she begins to drool quite profusely attempting to keep her mouth closed she's finding it surprisingly difficult. Having to actively keep her mouth closed is taking a large amount of focus and it doesn't help that her mouth fills with drool as not to choke she has to leave it open. Lifting an arm to wipe away the sweat Tsunade is shocked to see her arm starting to fatten up but that's not the only thing as her entire body swells with fat. Her face rounds out with a double-chin, much larger breasts, a big fat gut, a large wide ass, and thick thunder thighs. Now over 300 pounds her clothes are stretched tight and ill fitting due to her sudden gain.
