"Now, of course we'll need you to sign off on the paperwork for all this," Paget said, producing a large clipboard of papers.

"Don't you worry the police or Christina's lawyers might find this?" Britney asked as she began reviewing the densely-packed text.

"No. I can guarantee you that there is no chance whatsoever of that happening."

Britney felt it was probably imprudent to ask any further. Besides, the text was giving her some trouble; she had never been the fastest reader and she sometimes wished her vocabulary was larger. Furthermore, the text seemed boring -- and her agent had checked them out. Flipping to the end of the documentation, she picked up the pen and began signing and dating the papers.

"Could you just initial the 'reciprocal wish' clause, here?" Paget asked, handing the pen and clipboard back to Britney. He pointed to a paragraph in the middle of page 12.

Britney initialed the paper.
