The next moring a groggy Christina Aguilera woke up in her hotel room. She was naked and slowly swung her feet off the bed. She rubbed her eyes with the backs of her hands and got up to go to the bathroom. Her vibrator rolled off the bed, and she picked it up and took it into the bathroom to wash it off. She turned on the cold water in the sink and splashed water onto her face. She then looked in the mirror. It took a few moments for it to dawn on her, but her hair was not completely blonde. She blinked a few times. Her hair was also a bit fuller. She ran her hands through it. "What the fuck?" she asked herself out loud. Something about her voice was not right either. She swallowed and drank a glass of water. "What's wrong with my voice?" she asked outloud. Her voice had a definite southern tinge to it. Hearing it vibrated through the muscles, tissue, and bones of her head, she did not hear it as Britney's voice. She splashed more water on her face as if she was trying to wake up. She then took a quick shower, dried off and dressed. She blew dried her hair. "Damn, I look like Britney!" she said in disgust. She called herself a cab and headed down to the lobby. She drove to a nearby hair salon and asked the stylist to dye her hair dark, dark brown.
After the dying process, a confused stylist came over to Christina, "Uh, I've never seen this before, but the dye washed right out. I'll try again." After two more attempts and another color failed to change Christina's color, she gave up and told the stylist to cut her hair short like Pink's. I am not going to look like Britney fucking Spears, she thought. She couldn't help notice the definite change in her voice. After the cut, she drove back to the hotel. She went to her room and looked in the mirror above her chest of drawers to look again at her new style. To her amazement, her hair had grown back again. It was the exact same style and color as Britney's. She stormed about the room, throwing pillows. She had a concert that night. She decided she had to adopt some sort of style so no one would think she was trying to copy Britney Spears. She decided to wear her hair in a cap, but knew she would have a few costume changes. She wore her skimpiest outfits.
The next day, Britney read the reviews for Christina's concert: "Aguilera seemingly tried to copy the vocal styles of Britney Spears. It was eerie how her voice sounded almost identical to her rival. Aguilera even went so far as to return her hair to blonde and not tease it or style it other than to wear it in the style of Miss Spears."
Britney laughed out loud.
