They did make it into the chamber, though, and they closed the door.
They turned as a door opened a moment later, and three CC guards ran into the room, aiming their guns at them.
With an extremely fast move, Henri removed a gun from his pocket, and aimed.
"Back off," he said.
The guards tensed, but did nothing.
"I'm warning you," Henri said, "Back off!"
Still, there was no movement.
So Henri shot all three of them.
They fell to the ground.
"Henri!" Karen yelled. "I thought we have a no-kill-when-possible policy!?"
"I didn't have time for that!" Henri yelled back.
He tossed her another device from his pocket.
"Open up a portal on my mark." Henri said.
He removed another device and began setting it up in a corner.
"What are you doing?" Sharon asked.
"I'm setting up a bomb." Henri replied.
There was a sudden gasp from Karen.
"Why do you need a bomb?" Karen asked.
"Because it's the only way to stop them." Henri responded.
"You're going to kill the women!" Jim protested, feeling he should speak up.
"What women!?" Karen yelled.
