In the normally timeline, a jewelry box of Cologne breaks and Shampoo helps to clean it up. As a reward, Cologne lends Shampoo one piece of Jewelry. This would be the Reversal Jewel, which right side up would enhance love but upside down would turn that love to hate.
That was until the Ring of Truth was thrown through reality and into the same jewelry box before it was broke.
In this timeline, the ring of truth was sitting next to the reversal jewel.
"Shampoo take this pretty ring, has a stone same colour as Shampoo's hair." said the young teen warrior as she put the ring on her right ring finger. She finished picking up the gems and put then in a different wooden box.
Then went off, without realizing the ring she held on her hand would make her every word the absolute truth in reality.
