I had it on my list of potential episodes to have Shampoo call Akane "Pervert Girl" and see what happened, either here with the ring or over in the Wishing Rock thread. (By the way, you actually wrote "Violet Girl or Pervet Girl," rather than "Violent" or "Pervert." But then you spelled "Pervert" right in the options. Not sure if there are other typos.)
Not sure how this should play out. It's different than the WR thread, which was just a matter of people believing everything Shampoo says. Here, saying "Pervert Girl" would make it an absolute fact that she was one…and she would've always been that way. By whose definition would she be a pervert? Shampoo's? Akane's? Would she be a dedicated disciple of Happosai? Would she do all the things she thinks perverted boys do? Would she have any boundaries at all? It could go a lot of different ways.
I'm curious as to what someone else would do with this one. I've been messing with dear Akane so much lately—and I'm far from done—that I'd like to see someone else screw her up a little. I mean, other than the occasional Lumitiel episode.

Simple, just have Akane start to think perverted thoughts.
(She seems to think any thing sexual is perverted, this could be minor perversion).
She starts with these 'perverted thoughts' and either in that episode or the next one, allow for the level of perversion to be selected. Unless you want to make it random levels of perversion.
But it's not just having perverted thoughts. Shampoo would be making Akane into a *pervert girl*. She's not saying, "from now on, you'll be a pervert" or "you have perverted thoughts." She's saying that "pervert" is already part of Akane's identity. That almost necessitates all sorts of changes to Akane's history. How did she become a pervert? Has she acted on her perversions? Is it widely known that she's a pervert? How does she feel about being a pervert? And so on. These are all things that need to be established. So…no, it's not really that simple at all.
People are just going to have to come up with perversions for Akane. Like same-sex intimacy, group sex, fetishes and so on...

Any suggestions before I start?
I thought the setup for the episode was fine. The options were rather good, especially the idea of Happosai as her father. The only real issue that I saw was in Shampoo acting like that was normal behavior for Akane.
