A great jolt went through the Dullahan's body as she felt magic pure magic engulf her. Inside her chest a heart came into existence and began to beat. The strange dark matter that filled Celty's body disappeared and her helmet rolled off just as the last wisp of black smoke floated away. Celty writhed in pain on the ground as her vary nature was changed on a fundamental level..
Then it stopped when a head with light red hair finished growing from Celety's neck and bright blue eyes opened and were dazzled by sunlight.
"Ow that's bright." Celty hissed still aching from her change. Then it hit her.
"I can talk... I have a head! I have a head! I have a head!" She cheered waving her arms like a sugar high maniac. After several minutes of celebrating and doing things she promised to do if she ever got her head back, she composed herself. "This dust it made my wish come true I'm a normal human now." Celty said loving the feeling of her lips moving and her lungs breathing she even enjoyed the alien sensation of her heart beating in her chest. She picked up the bag of dust and looked in side it seemed just as full as when she took a handful.
