"Alright, time to head home." Celty said, smiling as she took a handful of dust and sprinkled it on herself. "I wish I was back home at Kanra's house."
Nothing happened. Celty blinked. "Uhhh, I wish I was back home at Kanra's house?" Again, nothing happened. "Don't tell me its out of juice already... Uhh, wish I knew more about this stupid powder."
Suddenly, Celty's mind filled with new information, giving a detailed history of the dust. "Ahhh, headache!" She moaned as she stroked her temple. But now she knew. The powder could only perform physical magic threw manipulation of a person or object. Things like teleportation was not possible and she could not perform a physical change to herself if she sprinkled the powder on someone else or an object and vica-versa. "Well, you might not be all powerful but hell if you aren't still useful!" Celty said happily.
She wasn't the only one intrigued by the powder. Someone else had witnessed this miracle and, at first, was upset till he realized the potential if HE could get his hands on the powder. "Things might have just gotten far more interesting around here." Izaya said with a huge grin.
"All i need is to get that powder and the fun in this city would sky rocket into the atmosphere! I wouldn't need Celty to awaken, even if her true head is still back at my place. All I'd need is to throw a big handful of that dust to the wind and Ikebukuro would be awash with chaos the moment someone even thought the word wish!" Izaya declared, ecstatic too no end at the possibilities! But first and foremost, he needed to get that bag.
Celty, after calming her horse/motorcycle down who initially didn't recognize its master, tucked the bag into a satchel she before doning her trademark helmet. It was a bit tight, she never getting a helmet designed for her head given she didn't need to till now, but it still worked as she roared out of the alley and into the street, eager to get home and show herself to Kanra.
Tagging along behind, Izaya smiled, plotting how he'd get that bag...
